Current employment situarion

Have a nice day to all. My visa was rejected twice and one reason is current employment situation. Since the breakout of covid19, i resigmed from my job. I worked for almost 16 yrs. I have a small lending business as of the present. Do i need to get a job inorder to address this reason? Please help
