Current country of residence - From Date

Hello everyone - a quick question
I was on study permit from aug 2011 to may 2013 and then on PGWP since then .
in the current country of residence column , i understand that i need to put the status as " worker" , but should the from date in this case be the date of my entry in canada or the start date of my PGWP?
Sorry to trouble you all if this query is of little importance , but i wanted to make sure i have everything in right.

If you have been staying in Canada from Aug,2011 with no break in between then that should be your from date.
