Temporary foreign worker, what happens if my contract employer decided to lay-off/ fired me someday, and my LMO and work permit expires in 1yr or 2yrs from now.... Question: can i still stay in canada, what will happen to me,what should i do next, anyone ever had the same or similar situation before, im just curious about it if that time ever happens ?

Two choices, you find a new employer, new LMO, new work permit before you start new job, or you go home.
