My Cuban Husband has received his Canadian Permanent Residency. Problem now, Cuban Immigration says he needs to complete his obligatory 2-year army service. He was denied when he was 17 years old because of an illness. Now they can't find those records. Does anyone know if they will grant him out of there and into my arms?

My husband did not made his military service and he is here with me... First he just need to get out Cuba with the PVE ( visitor family visa ) did he asked for the PRE ? It can maybe also depends on how many years old more than 25 years old ?
