Hello, I live in Ukraine and applied for the CUAET program on August 09, 2022, but I could not pass the biometrics due to the high workload of the visa center, in January of this year, the type of registration to the visa center through the mail was changed and I applied and passed the biometrics (March 14, 2023) but the biometric validity letter and original passport request have not yet arrived. Please tell me the status of my application (my brother passed the biometrics on May 14, 2023 and a day later the biometric validity letter arrived and he has already given the passport for the visa to be affixed)

I don't know where to turn, maybe it's a bug or I won't be granted a visa?

Your application could still be processing. We have seen others wait months for processing. It’s unclear what current processing times are and whether you have anything in your background that would lead to longer processing time.
