CSQ request?? help please

I would like to know how long after CIC starts processing the application to sponsor they will request to apply for a CSQ.

Also, who gets this request letter? the sponsor or the sponsored person?

After SA.
The sponsor will receive it by regular mail.
But god knows how long it will take. =(
Still waiting for mine.
