Hi,

I recently got my document request for CSQ(regular program)

Work experience letter is one of the required document.

My employer gave me the letter as a full time employee with all other details except employer is not willing to put number of hours worked per week citing putting number of hours is against the company policy.

Did anyone else also faced a similar situation?

Can someone throw some light on this, how shall i approach this.

Roles and Responsibilities as well as number of hrs /week is one of the important aspect of experience certificate which MIDI looks for .. i will suggest you to talk to your employer and get it explicitly ...

Here is the issue, employer is denying mentioning number of hours citing company policy. I have this from employer (in writing) on email.
Any suggestion on what other things i can try.

Will a letter of explanation to MIDI be helpful in this case ?

You can provide in written (provided by company) that they don't provide number of hrs .. your supervisor or colleague cannot provide number of hrs you are working with them ?

dude it is mandatory if you do not send hours per weeck you are going to receive intention refuse.

Do you have hours mentioned in your pay-stubs? If Yes, then perhaps you can use pay-stubs to prove hours worked per week. My pay-stubs do show hours worked per week.

I hope i do not get it :-)

I hope the Letter of explaination will help my case. The loe holds some value(if et all) if via loe, applicant can express the situation for non availability of something from the document checklist.

Let us see, i am taking a chance.

Doc request dec2017, 3rd week

Did you send your letter of explanation? if yes when?

I also received intention of rejection due to number of hours not mentioned in service letter.
My company is also not willing to disclose this information.

What documents did you send exactly, if any?
