CSQ Quebec Processing times

So I was just wondering if anyone has heard anything regarding their CSQ application that was submitted after August 1st, 2013? There is currently no processing time information on the Quebec immigration website.

Anyone? I find some information saying it only takes 8-10 months on average, but I find other people saying that it can take up to 2 years? Can anyone confirm?

It depends on the BIQ processing your application. So both timeframes are correct. Europe is about 8-10 months. Asia and some africa are now averaging 2 years.

What about south and central America? Specifically the Mexico Office. I can't seem to find any information on that.
