CSQ - is co-signatory obligatory?

I am just about to apply for my spouse's csq after receiving sponsor approval from cic. In my initial application to cic I did not have a co-signatory. Looking through the quebec forms Im not sure if having one is mandatory? Help...if I don't have a co-signatory will this affect my application for a csq?

You don't need a co-signatory to apply for CSQ.
Having a co-signatory is not mandatory.
Take note the application needs to be filled in French but you can also view the English version for guidance.

Sent in my csq undertaking app last week and I just realized I mistakenly wrote the 2015 csq fees ($272) instead of $275 (2016) on the payment form :-\

Will they return my whole app back just because of that??
