Hi,
I applied for my CSQ application in year 2011 when I was in US on valid work permit. I got my CSQ interview in October 2013. I came back from US in early 2013 when my valid work permit got finished.
I went back to US on B1 (Business visa and no work permit) to attend my CSQ interview and my CSQ application is rejected for not having valid work permit in US. I'm still waiting for my rejection letter to go through all the details, but I know I was made short of some 2-3 points from Qualifying points for not having valid work permit. Is it possible that I can request for re-consideration of my case by objecting to this decision?
I do have over 10 years of experience and has worked in US for over 5 years. I have a Bachelor degree in Computer Sciences and relevant work experience to support it.
Please advice or guide on how I can proceed on this.
