Hi
Today, I got my CSQ but wrong category National Occupational Classification "Computer engineers (except software engineers and designers)".

Actually, I did apply for computer programmer and interactive media developer. so what should I do now?

Also five years I am working as programmer so I am worried that federal will reject my application

it is geneal, there is no problem you shoul start federal part. A change in your CSQ could take aditional time

Hi,

I am asking b.c in one of the federal form it ask intended occupation so what should say the one I've applied for (computer programmer and interactive media developer)or the one I got CSQ (Computer engineers (except software engineers and designers))

Also, how federal case office will look this. Do they evaluate my application base on category etc

This won't affect your Federal application.
