I have met all the conditions for the CSQ application, but I am currently working in Ontario for the period of March 2018 to the end of May, 2018. Am I able to submit my CSQ application while I am still working here? Or do I need to wait until I finish my work here and go back to Quebec before I can apply? I understand that the application can be submitted from abroad or within Quebec. Does that mean if I want to apply now, I have to go back to Quebec for the submission?
