My husband lives in montreal. he filed a sponsorship for me. i got a csq but my sponsorship visa was denied. so now i have a csq but cant go to canada unless we file an appeal which i have seen takes for ever sometimes. We intend that i should just apply for a PR as a quebec selected resident. my questions are:
is a family CSQ different? or can i use this CSQ based on sponsorship to apply for a pr through the accra office?
or
Would i have to re-apply to quebec as a skilled worker and get a new CSQ in order to apply for pr?
pls if anyone knows, kindly let me know. those of you who are immigration experts or if someone from cic ever gets to read this, please let me have your advice. i have tried calliing several times but no response. by the way, i live in nigeria
