please I need your help, I am a us citizen and my husband is a Canadian permanent resident, so we applied our family class sponsorship the end of September , our application was received on September 29, we got a letter that has the application number and they as me to link my application online, so I did and they ask me to provide schedule A and medical exam, I tried send schedule A trough my online account but it keep saying not submitted to IRCC, so I decided to send all my documents by mail to this address since I am Outland applicant:

and it showed me it was delivered December 8, then I send my medical exam and it was delivered in December 14, I also send it prove that I am waiting for my background checks, and I send two from tow different countries to the same address. Then my husband got a letter from them saying that he is approved to sponsor me and they ask him "de présenter une demande d'engagement " and at the same time they ask me to fill out CSQ Certificat de selection du Quebec, so my husband send the Agreement and Undertaking (demande d'engagement) with the CSQ and it was received on January 4, 2018. But today they send me a letter saying in order to continue the processing of your application we require the following documents

.Medical exam
But we already send them
Do you guys have any idea why they are asking me to provide these documents again? Is it possible that they didn't receive them?
Did I sent them to the wrong address?
I am really lost
