CSE raised twice but to no response!!!!!!!!!

I raised CSE twice to know about status of file but didn't get any response from visa office !
Just got an automated message but nothing else!
Are they really working on my file or not?? It's almost thirteen months since I filed my application
If it happened to someone else too plz share .....

Yeah I know dear you are in queue ahead of me!!!! I don't want to check my ECAS now as earlier I used to check quite many times .

I read somewhere that only one CSE can be done

I have also raised CSE twice....none of them got answered back. :'(

Hi guys, no need to panic bu you can raise yet another CSE and wait for a response. You won't be penalised for raising multiple CSEs. You can also take the lat email communication you received and reply to it politely asking for the status of your application. You need to be patient in waiting for response as it is the same challenge all over the world with many applicants so it is not just you. All the best.
