It's been 3 weeks now I have raised a cse but no response yet.

after how long cic responds ?
 
It takes 30-45 days, so you will have to wait for a while, you can try calling them, it sort of triggers the to upload faster in some cases.
 
That's okay... I raised it twice and never got a reply
