I sent case specific enquiry to attach some documents with my application.. can you please tell me how many days it takes for Express entry to get back to me whether they received my documents or not?

CSE takes up to 30 days for a response. Some applicants reported that they received a reply within 2 weeks.
 
I sent 2cse and both were attached to my application within a week .

I never got a reply even after a month, so I called them up to see if the file I sent through CSE was attached. They were able to pull up my file and check for me and sure it was attached. If you are inland, am sure you should be able to do that, not sure how that works for outland applicants though.
 
Can you please tell the FILE NUMBER asked in CSE is the same as Application number on my acknowledgement letter?
 
Did you get any acknowledgement e-mail after submitting CSE? I also sent a CSE but I did not receive any automated e-mail for the acknowledgement. After how long should I expect an acknowledgement e-mail.

Automated email is instant reply from CIC. Did you try checking different tabs (promotional Social) or folders (spam), etc..
 
There is an instant email, followed by another email when they actually attach documents to your file. The second email took 2 weeks to arrive. I cannot still see my new docs in mycic account though. I am not in Canada, so can't call and confirm the attachment over the phone either.

Hi BabarSiddiqui,

Just noticed in your signature that you were asked for PCC from countries with stay less than 6 months? Is it because you're the primary applicant? FBI takes forever to process so I'm thinking if I should just send my request for PCC too, although my stay is less than 3 months....Please share . Many thanks !!

for me it took 15 days.

I called the Call center number on the cic page - 1 (888) 242-2100, but don't think this would work for outland applicants as the website clearly states that you can use this number only if you are in Canada.
