My two years work experience is 8th of September yet today I got an email to say my points updated. Even tho this is a month earlier if I got ITA on 10th of August draw would it be misrepresentation.
Sadly yes, it would be misrepresentation. Its one of the flaws of the system that you are awarded CRS points for experience on a 'months' (not days) basis.
Under Express Entry it is the applicant's responsibility to ensure they satisfy the criteria under which they were awarded CRS points. The criteria must be satisfied on a days (not months) basis.
In the event that the CRS threshold score for the draw you receive an ITA in is lower than the score you would get after satisfying the points criteria (for 1 year of work experience) you can accept the ITA. However if you need 2 years of work experience to boost your CRS score to be higher than the CRS cut-off threshold for the draw then you would have to decline the ITA. I know its probably not what you want to hear but its better to be safe than sorry.
Yes you do but the Visa Office looks at the CRS score at the time you received the ITA (not necessarily at the time you got your AOR)
"Applications must be assessed under section A11.2 according to the Ministerial Instructions in force during the round of invitations to which the candidate is invited. In other words, an applicant’s CRS score at the time of the ITA and at the time of application should be calculated based on the Ministerial Instructions in place at the time of the ITA."
What matters is the date when you get ITA and not the date of submission. You can decline the ITA which you get before you complete two years and accept the one which you get post completion of two years. There is a draw once every two weeks.
okay i guess that makes a little sense..so because my experience is the 8th of september the round that would happen on the 7th i can accept that invite if i got one? because i technically have to reject two invites if successful in both of the august ones! is there a limit on the amount of declines one can make?
so what u mean to say is that even though i have filled in my work experience honestly, and the system awarded me points due to a flaw, and if i apply on this updated crs score my application may be rejected due to misrepresentation. ?

The fact that you are getting an invite means that your CRS is very very high. With that said, you stand to benefit more if you decline the ITA now, and wait for you to actually gain the right amount of work experience to accept the invite. Always err on the side of caution
