CRS tool calculates my points as 388

I think the main things that go against me are: age and education.
I am 38 years old and it gives me 55 points
Also i have MBA after two year bachelors degree (so i am assuming my degree equivalence to be three years bachelors) points 112
Also my Ielts points equal 116.
Can anyone pls tell me how can I improve my points??

If your MBA is post-B.Com then it will be considered as Masters.
Re-calculate your CRS. get professional help.
