I am working on a post graduate work permit since February 2021 which is LMIA exempt. I submited the profile in express entry, however the final CRS score doesnt have any point under the following-

CRS - Arranged Employment0
I thought I could get 50 points at least for this. Please let me know if anyone know the cause of this issue. Your help is very much appreciated. Even under the "Valid job offer" it says "Not applicable"

Thank you for spending the time to read through this!

What kind of work permit do you hold? Is it an open work permit such as a SOWP or PGWP? If so, you can only qualify for the 50 points if your employer obtains an approved LMIA.

I just re-read your post. It does in fact look like you are on a PGWP.

In that case your employer needs to obtain an approved LMIA if you want the 50 points.

Because a PGWP is an open work permit and your employer is not named in the work permit, it's not enough just to work for the employer for a year in order to claim the 50 points. An approved LMIA is also required.

So your Express Entry profile is correct in showing zero points.

Thank you so much for clarifying it. Just to confirm, If I obtain LMIA from my current employer, will I be eligible for 50 points even if I have worked for just two months at the current organization? Or will I have to wait for one year to receive the 50 points? Requesting you to please clarify this query too. Thank you.

If your employer obtains an approved LMIA, then you can claim the 50 points right away.

Thank you. I just enquired to my employer and it was conveyed to me that the organization doesn't provide LMIA. In that case, if I wait for a year and apply through CEC, will I still have to show proof of funds?

No you don’t need to show proof of funds for CEC.
