My Question is that I have Engineer in Training license from Alberta APEGA, but my profile is not adding 50 marks for certificate of qualification.

Any suggestions why its like that.

Your score is correct. This certification doesn't qualify for the 50 points.

Certification is only for trades like plumbers and electricians. Are you living and working in Alberta. If so you may want to go through the AOS stream as they are only nominating those in the province now. Also they have added many NOCs to the ineligible list.

Does the engineer in training designation help anything in EE? Be it additional CRS or anything

No additional CRS. It doesn't really help anything in EE.
