I have check my CRS score in Immigration Canada website and scored 330.I have few questions...Can i apply for express entry? if they haven't considered me in the pool., will i be eligible for PNP program. Is it necessary that i should be in pool or only express entry profile creation is enough to apply for any PNP program.......

If you are eligible under Express Entry you can enter the pool. Use this tool to see if you are eligible.

However, a CRS score of 330 is extremely low and will not be good enough to get an ITA (unless you're a skilled tradesperson and they do a special draw).
Being in the pool isn't necessarily enough to get a PNP nomination. Some provincial programs do reach out to EE candidates, but it's usually best to apply directly to the PNP program that you think you're the best fit for.
