CRS Score Distribution understanding in Express Entry Pool

Hello ,

I just wanted to understand the Score Distribution under the Express Entry Pool.

Last Draw Cut off : 456
My CRS : 442

Here is the pool at 8th March:

601-1200 ---- 490
451-600 ------ 2,184
441-450 ------- 1,285

431-440 5,986
421-430 4,941

So if the cut off was 456 , My understanding/assumption is those in [601-1200] = 490 -- would have received ITA
and [451-600] == Majority would have received ITA (total of 2184)

Considering 3000 ITAs issued.

(2184 + 490 ) < 3000

==== that means new profiles might have entered in the pool between 8th Mar - 14th Mar Or many of them might have received additional points through PNP or Job banks.

Please help me understand.

Also finally,

what are the chances of getting the ITA in next few weeks.
