CRS score 452 and did not got the ITA CEC

Hi,
I have the score exactly to 452 in CEC express entry profile but I did not get the invite to apply in the last draw of 01 May the cut of the score was 452.

Can anyone suggest or advise what could have been the reason. What I can think of is; I left Canada in Feb and presently I'm stuck in my home country due to virus and can not go back to Canada, hence filed the application from the home country.

Did you see the tie breaking rule?

CRS score of lowest-ranked candidate invited: 452

Tie-breaking rule: October 10, 2019 at 19:15:28 UTC

• If more than one candidate has the lowest score, the cut-off is based on the date and time they submitted their Express Entry profiles.
