Hi All,

I badly need suggestion, I have 3 options - retake test, LMIA or PNP -> which option will be best and again within budget. I'm not taking a lawyer's help, not that I don't want to - but the two lawyers I talked to didn't have dates for me. Hence I'm deciding to work on my own.

Please help!!

The LMIA option won't work unless you have an employer who is willing to offer you a full time job and who is also willing to go through the LMIA process. Do you have an employer willing to do all of this?

But if i agree to bear the cost of LMIA application - is it ok? also how much is the cost and how long is the processing time?

that would not be legal only the employer must follow the LMIA process and pay the 1000 dollar fee you cannot pay anyone to process an LMIA for you

Go for the PNP option. Some provinces are still open to new applicants.
