CRS Score 0

Hey,

i just registered on this Forum to seek some help with my Express Entry profile.
I always end up as being ineligible all the time with a CRS Score of 0. Like all the time.

Also I get the Message saying:

• not having a valid language test,
• language test results that are more than two years old,
• a language test score that is too low,
• not having enough relevant work experience,
• not having the required education level,
• not having enough funds.

Based on the research I've done, this must be because of something I'm doing wrong.
Or am I not educated enough to qualify?

IELTS Test with overall score of 7,5 (worst 6.5 - best 9.0)
Let WES assess my documents and education

My education:
High school
3y apprenticeship as an Electrician assessed as College level certificate 1y NOC 2241
2y College Electrical engineering assessed as Diploma 2y NOC 2133

My Work experience:

1 1/2y working in the profession of 2241
1y 2m working as a Server Administrator --> probably NOC 2281

My founds are at around 23-25k CAD

Does someone know what could be the problem?
I mean if i know whats the problem i can work on it but without having a trace

hi there, my NOC is also 2281. Do you think High school (grade 12) is enough education required for this occupation ?
