Since it seems like CRS will not fall below 430. We can connect and discuss about possible ways to increase scores

My score is 419, i went unprepeared for my last IELTS

A slight increase in my CLB will take me to 453 points. So that one possibility if your scores are low and IELTS is not maxed out
