I have been doing some research about work experience collecting all the documents to prove that I have worked for at least 3 years. ( I've worked for about 6 years before as a self employed person, but its quite the challenge to prove it)
Anyway, I have only included work history that I can prove with reference letters, which are,
Company A (40 hours per week- Mar 2014 - Dec - 2015)
Company B (20 hours per week- Dec 2015 - May - 2016)
"" (40 hours per week- May 2016 - Aug - 2016)
"" (20 hours per week- Oct 2016 - Dec - 2016)
Based on CIC explanation of 30 hours per week is considered full time, I should only receive 25 points based on the information I have entered, which works out to about 2 years of experience.
But the system still gives me 50 points for Foreign work experience.
Is there a fault in the system??
