CRS drop by 5 points between ITA and PR Application Submission

I got ITA in October with CRS of 471, which was also the minimum cut-off for that draw. With the day after ITA being my birthday, I have lost 5 points. I intend making my PR application submission in a few days and will appreciate any information I can get on how the point drop due to age will affect my PR application.
