CRS can drop below 400

Regarding the Viral Video that CRS will drop below 400.

It seems almost impossible that CRS will drop below 400. However Lets assume a scenario. Total EE quota for 2016= around 53000 (28000 PNPs, 25000 Federal) So per month they should send 4400 ITAs (53000/12= 4416). But right now they are sending only 1600 ITAs per month. It is May so by the end of may, they would have sent 9000 ITAs. And for next 7 Months, they need to send 44000 ITAs..... Per Month 6285 (44000/7). Per draw 3142......
Lets suppose out of these 44000, there are 30000 candidates between 450-400...... Then it seems that CRS can drop below 400.

Indeed the target numbers are even triple more than I calculated. Instead of 53000, it is = 106200..............O man........... if they are going to reach this number...... CRS can even go below 350. But its not going to happen.

Personally I don't think it will go even below 450, but you never know
