My crs is 427.
Do i have any chance of ITA
Or i should look into pnp??

I would suggest both. If you get the chance to. Apply for PNP, go for it. In the meanwhile if you get an ITA then you can choose.

Thank u for the suggestion. However...I should first receive notice of interest right??? How do i apply for that??
