you need to look at improving your CRS score, get it over 440 to have a good chance...

But maybe you can have a chance if your NOC is in demand in any province through pnp

It is very difficult to get an ITA under FSW but if you're very lucky you might get a PNP. My suggestion would be to max out your IELTS score and a score above 440 would be a safe bet.

Sadly as of current trends , it is a no. You need to either max-out your IELTS or start learning French. Getting a PNP is becoming tougher day-by-day and the turn-around time is very high. Good luck
