CRS 385. Interested in moving to BC/ON. What should i do ?

Hi,

Me and my wife recently gave IETLS exam and I got (L 8.5 , R 8.0, W 6.5, S 7.0).
My CRS is 385. I intend on moving to Toronto/Vancouver or any other place where finding an IT job would be easier.
Can anyone please suggest what should i do next ?
1. reattempt IELTS ?
2. apply PNP, if yes, which one ?

* I do not have job offer in hand.

I feel if u could score a clb 9 in IELTS L8 RWS7 ur score wud be much better and have a scope of direct ITA. Pls check ur score in crs calculator with clb 9 U.K. Know wer vl ur crs reach
