I'm filing the end of this year so I'm trying to iron the bugs out here. When I visit my fiance, usually my parents bring me across the border and then we meet up with him in a town near the border and he takes me 'home'. I am filing outland so would it be better if my fiance ( he will be my husband then) brings me across the border instead? He has a passport and we have done this a couple times when my parents had appointments or other things and didn't want to cross.
