Google - New Brunswick Critical Worker Program and read the requirements. The program is only with 5 or 6 designated employers so you need to focus on getting a job through them, and meet their employment needs with your skills and education.
Do I need to undergo an educational assessment as part of the immigration process for this program? Additionally, I would like to clarify if the immigration process will be facilitated by the employer at a later stage. Your clarification on these matters would be valuable.
Did you read the instructions and the guide? It will tell you the steps. You need to be PR ready so yes you need ECA and IELTS. The process is not facilitated by the employer.
