what is stopping you in sending your full documents to CHC London? you can send the documents now and explain that you are in the process of extending your student visa in UK and send the correspondence from Home Office. you can also explain to them that the time taken by the Home Office in extending your student visa is beyond your control. the moment you receive an extension, you can send a copy of your extended student visa to CHC London to match up with your previously sent documents.

you don't have an alternate anyway, so try to meet your 120 days deadline.

Thanks alot Ja77 for being so nice and replying much appreciated.yes i think that will be the only option avaialable at the moment.even i wrote a letter to Home Office couple of weeks back, soi can get a response from them and send that letter with my full application but Home Office never replied and definitly it is not in my control.
should i send the acknowledgement from Home Office with my full application?or i got a letter asking me to providemy sponsor bank statemnt and a letter that was issued in june and is latest?
thanks again.
cheers

this is up to you. write an explanation letter and send the documents that you think can be sent to support your explanation letter. good luck.

Thanks dear for your reply, i will do the same as you adviced there are no other options available.
any other advice or options if some one can share plz?
thanks in advance
