Hello guys,
I have a bachelor's degree and work experience as software engineer. I enrolled at a master's program but had to drop it. I have a few questions
1. Do I need Wes evaluation for unfinished master's degree.
2. I am not currently working, is that a problem with the express entry system.

Yes I have 2 years of experience in noc 2173.
And as for languages, I have appeared for ielts and tcf canada.
My total score is 70 (criteria is 67)

You don’t have a masters so they most likely will not evaluate. Doesn’t matter if you are unemployed.

No, you do not need masters degree evaluation. There is no problem if you are not working currently.

Thanks for the response. As per my knowledge, career gaps do not affect the application decision untill the work experience is within 10 years. Right?

Gaps are not an issue as long as you have at least one year of continuous (no break) work experience in a single skilled NOC.
