Criminally Inadmissible - just want a long weekend getaway

Hi,

30 years ago, I had a real rough patch and got 3 DUI's within 3 year's time.
Paid my dues, did my time and drove to the border.
I was pulled over and asked if I had ever been in front of a judge?
I told the truth and was told to drive back to the USA.

10 years ago, I was on a ferry cruise and it stopped at Nova Scotia.
Got out, was asked my name and was told to return to the ship - I was banned.

Since then I have had my criminal record expunged and I am clean as a whistle.

What do I have to do, to get my name of that "List"?
Do I have to fill out that IMM 1444 form and what do I say about the offences that don't exist anymore?
Pay a $200 fee?

Thanks for any help/advice you can give me.

Apply for rehabilitation. Best (fastest) option is to complete all of the paperwork and collect the documents you need and then drive to the border and apply there:

I was all over the web-site and couldn't find such a complete section as that.
