Simple question. For a Criminal Rehabilitation Application. Do I pay 200 or 1000 Cad for DUI that happened before the law change? It should be considered just criminality and not serious since the offence occured before 2018 correct? So I am guessing I would pay 200 cad and not the 1000 cad since they should not be counting it as serious. Please let me know if I am correct. Thanks.
