Criminal Records for West Virginia?

The Canadian Immigration website gives a phone number and an address for "The West Virginia State Police" in their page for how to get a state police certificate. However, I have been looking online for the last 10 or so minutes and can't find any information about how to get them.

Anyone ever done this before?

Did CIC specifically request you to get police checks because they are not automatically required anymore for an outland Buffalo application.

No they have not requested them but I wanted to initially submit them anyways to reduce time to process if they do need them.

Dont waste your time unless you have a criminality issue that may come up. They do not appear to be asking for them at all any more. Get your FBI certificate if you havent already. That takes the time. From what I understand getting the police cert from the local state police is pretty fast if they do ask for it, which they probably wont.
