I have just started the spousal application and it asked for a criminal record check . My question is my husband lived in New York , from the age of 4 till he was 15 . He is a British citizen by birth and never got his green card . Will he require a FBI CHECK also ...

These forms are doing my head in , but hopefully will get a handle on it , with all the expert advice from this site . Thank you !

He never got his green card, but how was he able to live in the US for that long?

He was on his parents visa ,when they immigrated to the US .. Hes 51 he can't remember what he had when he was 4 lol
