Hey, I hope you are all doing well. I wanted to know that, if I want to change college or transfer Credit from a NON-PGWP eligible college to PGWP offered college in the same program then are they going to count it or not? if not, then I have to start from the beginning. in that case, do I have to explain to immigration why I changed my college?

You start from the beginning. Are you studying at the non PGWP eligible school in Canada now?
no actually, I'm waiting for my visa, my class is about to start on 10 April 2023
Why are you not just attending the PGWP eligible college? Makes no sense to attend the non-PGWP eligible college and likely waste time and money.
