Credit card in another bank

Good morning,
I have a credit card in another bank but the POF will be in my main bank account where all the transactions happend. ( credit card was issued from another bank )
shall I declare this credit card?

I had the same situation and I submitted that credit card's last bill in addition to past 90 days transactions. I'd recommend you submit them for the purpose of transparency if that's not too much hassle.
