Credential evaluation for physio therapy.

Hello,
My wife and i are planning to move to canada,Vancouver BC.Shes a Physiotherapist with more than a year's experience.
Can someone guide me with the process of credential evaluation for physiotherpists?Is it mandatory that she apply for immigration and then go for credential evaluation or
both can be done independently?She has done her graduation in physiotherapy and we both are from india.
