anyone could help me, where i'm going to send my school credentials for assessment since this one of the criteria in applying FSW.

Correct. CIC has yet to announce it officially. I would also suggest you to keep checking CIC web site occasionally. It would be interesting to find out how would the credential assessment affect the entire process timeline as well as the eligibility of applicants.
