so far not yet.. I believe they will announce it early November..

ICAS is already existing. As per their reply to my email, they said that they are currently evaluating credentials for immigration but they are not yet sure if they will be one of the designated agencies to be chosen by CIC..

Yes,
I believe they can be doing it for the other categories of immigration. I had emailed CASW( association of social work ) and they said they do assessments but they are not sure about federal skilled worker category 2023.
