I have total exp of 3.7 yrs - break up as 6 month, 2.3 yrs and 10 month.. of which i have credence letter for 6 and 10 months but not for 2.3 yrs. But I have received a below email from my company in refrence to 2.3 yrs of exp...
"We understand your requirement, its criticality and importance to you completely.
We are unable to provide you an experience letter because we only maintain records of tenure, band, designation, supervisor & dates of your employment in our systems and it is not possible for us to provide detailed job descriptions because no such description is maintained.
This is our policy because we should be able to show these set of information to the embassy if they want to audit/ask for supporting evidence.
You can show the embassy a copy of this email that should satisfy them that we do not issue such letters.
We are happy to provide you by : 14th June 2019
1. A certification that you were a bona fide employee of the company
2. Your band
3. Your last designation
4. COE you were last employed in
5. Your date of joining and relieving
Regretfully we are not in a position to provide any documentation beyond what is stated above."
So my question am I able to show this email to authority where I could be able to add my experience of 2.3 yrs in CRS score and is it valid?
Also my current organisation(10 months yet) had given me the credence letter and it has all the roles and responsibility as per requirement.
Can i write more than 4 years of experience?
