creating new profile

I'm recreating my profile after withdrawing the previous one.
Do I need to answer "Has {name} applied for Express Entry before?" with the code from the previous EE profile?

Hi,

I have a question for you- Were you able to submit a new profile and was it accepted?
I've submitted about 7 now and it says am not eligible even after qualifying several times before.
