One day after you complete your work experience sounds like a good time, assuming you meet all the other requirements. If you want, wait a week so you don't end up with a 364/365 day issue (i.e you're short by 1 day!)
Thank you. 1 more question - I was out of Canada for 18 days (including 2 Weekends) for vacation. Though it was paid vacation, would these days count in 1 year experience OR do I have to wait another 18 days?
