Hello, I already had an application online and was waiting for the pool to happen. I received an email saying my application expired since it is now 1 year old and need to create another one. I did my research and was not able to find how to create a new application under the same reference number and profile. The original application is still there in my profile but I can't find a way to delete it and make a new one as they requested. Any suggestions on how to create a new application so that I can re-enter the pool?
